When a Client Interview is sent to a client, three key features of the email need to be noted: The URL or hyperlink to the Document you created for that client, the username is the email address to whom it was sent, and a temporary password is generated for all new clients and included under the Interview hyperlink.

After logging in with the username (email address) and the temporary password from the email, all clients will be asked to create a new secure password.

Minimum requirements include: 7 characters long, at least 1 uppercase, 1 number character, and at least 1 special character.
