Fonts Used in form Check Boxes Too Light

From HotDocs Wiki

Jump to: navigation, search

During form document assembly, when a check box is selected on the form, the X in the check box is too light, making it hard to read.

In some cases, a check box character appears this way because it is being drawn smaller than the field margins or borders will allow, creating an anti-alias effect. Try setting the margins and/or borders of the field to 0. Also, check which font you are using for the X's—Courier may appear faint, while Arial (or Arial Bold) may appear more substantial.
